The Wireless City (TWC) is not a wireless network provider. Instead, TWC offers a complete package of post-deployment solutions to optimize the benefits of a Municipal Wireless Network (MWN). Our process takes into account every aspect of a city's identity and goals and, through a patented location portal, guides a city towards an empowered community.

Community Branding
All across the United States, developing cities continue to seek creative avenues to "stimulate" community-identification and awareness to create a point of destination. An important component of this initiative has been in the city's ability to "brand" and communicate its unique and attractive features and benefits. With this trend amongst developing cities, TWC has concluded that "community branding" is an excellent platform to introduce the extended benefits of Municipal Wireless Networks upon its deployment through The LSI Virtual Community Marketplace.

Based on this premise, TWC will deliver a municipal brand assessment. The assessment will address the following topics:

  • Brand Mission Statement
    • The city's brand must be created through an understanding of a city's mission statement & value proposition.

  • Brand Competitive Advantage
    • The city's brand building strategy must first start by identifying the city's relevance throughout its community, county, state and nation.

  • Brand Identification, Image & Creation
    • TWC will work closely with city officials, community leaders and its residents to understand and identify the characteristics of the city's brand. This will also include an image ideation to understand how the city should be perceived visually and through its businesses and people.

Through this assessment, TWC will establish the necessary "grass roots" intelligence to launch the city's repositioned and / or enhanced brand through the LSI Virtual Community Marketplace that will further test its acceptance and lead to a possible further/final refinement of the City's brand.

Economic Development Programs
TWC works closely with city leaders and the community (its people, businesses, schools, etc.) to identify the existing and hidden equities of a city. From this assessment, new revenue streams are formed and economic development strategies designed for implementation into the LSI Virtual Community Marketplace.

Public Safety Efficiency Programs
Through the LSI Virtual Community Marketplace, TWC believe it can optimize public safety awareness. Because LSI is an interactive community portal, its design has been specifically engineered to identity & correct important communication gaps within communities in order to advance the quality of life for its residents. In conjunction with the primary safety agencies, TWC - through its LSI Virtual Community Marketplace will expand awareness and the prevention of domestic violence acts, predator incidences and sexual offenders.
